Processing Time
All physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (such as our Digital Cyber Paper Circuit Guide) are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping fees or delays apply to digital products.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside of Australia, customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes may be applied by your destination country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. CyberSafeTogether has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at kidscyberclubco@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
